Hi,
working with the people from Chrysanth we have found a solution for the proxy problem. As it seems right now the problem lies in the company proxy at the office I am working in and NOT in the software. By using a public proxe everything works beautiful as prove if this post done from my office desk.

I will keep using this software during the alpha test and post regular updates here, but if you want to make blogging easy start using this yourself.

I am blogging for a few months now and am all that time looking for some good desktop blogging software as I don’t like the online article write plugin from WordPress my blogging engine.

I have tried several but have now found a piece of software that works the way I like it. I am working with the new alpha release (so not even in BETA yet) of WebStory from Chrysanth. (you can find their website here: WebStory Chrysant Website )

As this is a Aplha version, which I needed as I work on one of my computers behind a proxy and need to have the possibility to pass through that, which their current release version isn’t doing, you can imaging that their are still some problems with it. This put the response for help in the test. This is very good as they respond within a few hours and are very willing to help.

Now is it working? Well this post is totally written within the alpha release of the software, although not behind the proxy yet as there are still some issues with that but I am sure they will fix that.

For me this will be the blogging software I will be using and I will keep you updated on the development of it during my alpha testing for them.
